On the 27th of February 2021, the team from Greenwatch alongside the plaintiffs (children) in the case of Nissi Mbabazi Vs Attorney General and NEMA (Civil suit no: 283 of 2021) in which the respondents were sued for failure to combat climate change
Community Dialogue Trainings - October 2020 - (Rakai & Kyotera)
Greenwatch in conjunction with the Judicial Training Institute (JTI) organised the 2nd annual Judicial Training on Climate Justice in Uganda on the 10th and 11th Sepetember 2020.
On the 26th and 27th February 2020, Greenwatch conducted dialogue meetings with local government officials on enforcement of environmental standards in Rakai and Kyotera districts respectively.
